Travel to and from the event is not included as part of your ticket. Adequate car parking is provided on site:
• Parking for General admission is situated at Car Park C
• Parking for Hospitality guests is situated at Car Park B
Upon arrival at Reignwood Park, a shuttle service is available for all guests to be taken to the golf course and facilities.
• General Admission ticket holders will be shuttled from the ticket entrance to either:
• Drop off point 1- The Academy/Driving Range
• Drop off point 2 – Hole 1 Grandstand / Cauldron
• Hospitality ticket holders will be shuttled to the clubhouse entrance
Ticket holders can take advantage of discounted travel with our Official Partner Bolt.
There is a dedicated pick up and drop off point located at Silverskin Cafe & Bistro, located near to car park C. The free shuttle service is available from nearby to take guests to and from the golf course.

The Fan Village is located between the driving range and the Icons 2nd tee. There are numerous food and beverage outlets, children’s activities, restroom facilities, shaded seating, music and entertainment and much more.
There are multiple food and beverage outlets across the golf course for both hospitality and general admission guests. Hospitality guests will also have access to the clubhouse where there will be platinum food and beverage service.
• Smart Casual, Golf/Tailored shorts are acceptable. No flip flops, no tank tops.
• Football kits are allowed, and encouraged, but only if they are being worn. Please do not bring extra items to be signed as these are strictly prohibited.
• All guests have access to the 1st tee grandstand / cauldron & to the on course shaded seating areas
• All guests have access to the driving range and practise facilities
• All guests have access to the fan village, family zones, Food and Beverage areas and multiple shaded seating areas across the course
• There is 1 official autograph area, located to the north of the driving range. This area will have moments where the Icons pass by for autograph opportunities, however this is not guaranteed
• Access to the 1st tee grandstand & on course VIP areas
• Platinum level all inclusive food & beverage
• Grazing menus designed to allow guests to eat at their convenience throughout the day
• Icons Memorabilia Lounge
• Guest Speakers & Live Entertainment
• Official autograph area inside the clubhouse next to the dining entrance. This area will have moments where the Icons pass by for autograph opportunities, however this is not guaranteed
Grandstand access is available for all general admission and hospitality guests. Our grandstand is located on the Icons 1st Hole. The Grandstand can seat over 400 people and has ample shading. To go straight there upon arrival and get right into the action, exit the shuttle at drop off point 2
• Please do not bring additional items, such as multiple football shirts with you with the intention of getting these signed by the Icons. These items are strictly prohibited.
• Wifi is available onsite for all guests
• Mobile phones and cameras are permitted. However we ask that you are respectful to the Icons and other guests, by keeping phones on silent and respecting the Icons when they are playing shots
Water is available to purchase from various outlets around the site.
First Aid, Police and Security facilities are located opposite the CH3 academy and within the clubhouse. Should you have an emergency that is a long distance away from these two hubs, please contact the closest member of event staff to call for immediate help.
